We are growing our Marketing and Sales team and are looking for a Sales Assistant—from junior to senior level—to support our global customer base, help structure outreach, and assist in scaling our commercial operations.

• Support communication with universities, hospitals, and professional users worldwide
• Prepare and follow up on offers, licensing options, and email outreach
• Organize leads, contacts, and customer info in CRM tools
• Coordinate product demos and manage communication around trial access
• Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and conferences
• Help identify customer needs and support the onboarding process

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional written English (other languages a plus)
• Interest in XR, healthcare, and digital technologies
• Reliable, structured, and proactive work style
• Comfortable using tools like CRM, spreadsheets, and AI assistants for efficient workflows
